Role & responsabilities

· Collaborate with subject matter experts to review existing training curricula, providing technical feedback and suggestions to enhance training effectiveness.

· Contribute expertise to ensure that medical training content remains up-to-date and aligned with the latest medical advancements.

· Identify gaps in the training program and suggest additional medical training topics based on the evolving medical needs in Ukraine.

· Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and integrate new training modules.

· Evaluate trainers' performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance their training delivery.

· Collaborate with trainers to build their capacity through workshops, mentorship, and continuous professional development.

· Identify the need for and develop Training of Trainers programs to enhance trainers' capabilities and expand their numbers.

· Oversee the implementation of ToT initiatives, contributing to the growth of a skilled trainer pool.

· Ensure that medical training meets quality standards and aligns with project objectives.

· Collect data on training outcomes, participant feedback, and trainers' performance for project reporting via designing and filling out the pre and post-test.

· Maintain open communication with the Admin Officer or coordinator and Project coordinator to align training activities with project goals.

· Collaborate with stakeholders, partners, and local authorities to improve training experiences.

· Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with medical training regulations and standards.

Qualifications, experience and skills


I. Academic background

Essential Secondary education. Administration, Teaching or communication related

Diploma studies desirable. For Medical, a degree preferably in Public Health, Education,

Social Work

II. Professional experience

At least 1 years in relevant similar position in other NGO’s or previous field experience


III. Competencies

● Ukraine language is essential, strong professional command in english is mandatory

● Outstanding leadership capacity and team spirit, particularly including cross-cultural dimensions

● Excellent communication and soft skills

● Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

● Strong drive to meet deadlines and cope with working under pressure

● Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods

● Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles

● Thorough knowledge of M&E

● Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project, or similar)

● Readiness to travel (into Ukraine)
