Digital Marketing Manager

Role Description:

The Digital Marketing is entrusted with the responsibility of planning and executing the local marketing strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, and global marketing plans that target digital channels to promote our business offerings, services, brand, and products in the specific country they operate in. This role contributes to realizing our sales and marketing strategy and goals by efficiently and effectively communicating with the market through target digital channels (comprising 80% of activities). Collaboration with the local sales company and the Corporate Marketing and E-business department is essential.

Areas of Accountability:

  1. Marketing Activities:

    • Create, edit, and prepare text and images for advertisements, banners, promotions, and mailings.

    • Translate international marketing activities into local activities based on input from the Corporate Marketing and E-business department.

    • Organize international and local events.

    • Create messages and manage social media.

    • Implement local SEO/SEA when necessary.

    • Result: Customers are well-informed about our products and added value.

  2. Identify Customer Needs:

    • Translate trends and customer needs into concrete marketing actions.

    • Provide input for local business plans.

    • Align local marketing plans and actions with the Corporate Marketing and E-business department.

    • Result: Understand and meet customer needs effectively.

  3. Digital Planning:

    • Execute digital plans through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.

    • Monitor a global digital marketing plan for all communications and marketing activities in relevant channels.

    • Result: Translate customer needs into local plans and actions.

  4. Cooperation and Stakeholder Management:

    • Cooperate with internal stakeholders to understand the strategy and translate it into impactful digital communication content.

    • Foster good relationships with the (local) sales department, sales management, Corporate Marketing and E-business department, and suppliers.

    • Work on adopting new techniques in collaboration with the Digital Commerce team.

    • Result: Well-informed, aligned, and updated stakeholders.

  5. Project Management:

    • Contribute to, take care of, and initiate local marketing projects.

    • Utilize project management methodology to successfully conduct projects.

    • Result: Insights into project steps, targets achieved, and stakeholder commitment.

  6. PPC and Google Analytics:

    • Integrate with 1C, coordinating with a 1C programmer and IT support, or Hub in case of technical problems.

    • Design, implement, and maintain integration solutions between the 1C program and the company's website.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical complaints related to the website's operation.

    • Facilitate effective communication between end-users and the technical support team, ensuring timely issue resolution.

Job Requirements:

  • Vocational education or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or E-Business.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a comparable position.

  • Excellent computer skills (e.g., MS Office, CRM software, content management system).

  • Good communication skills across multiple channels – social media, retail, web/online.

  • Proficient project management skills.

  • Minimum B2 English level (CEFR).
